Our clinical team work 1:1 in a psychological counselling framework to empower you to discover your strengths, learn valuable therapeutic skills, and monitor mental health symptoms.
Our psychosocial support mentors walk with you while you apply those skills in real-life situations, helping you build community connections and embrace new activities.
We proudly collaborate with a network of mental health and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for you.
Our team is trained to assess, respect, and respond appropriately to the impacts and recurring symptoms of mental illness on individuals and their families.

Services that may be included in your care plan team

We know what its like trying to have confidentiality in the country, that is why we make special efforts to ensure client respect, privacy and confidentiality is kept.
We can talk with you about specifics that may apply to your personal community connections.

Diagnosed chronic or debilitating mental health, neurological, schizoaffective or neurodivergent condition.
Have qualified Psychosocial NDIS support Coordinator or willingness to engage Qualified psychosocial support coordinator.
Be engaged or willing to engage with community mental health or other private psychiatric care service as outpatient.
Current Drug and Alcohol use management plan supported by community health or alternative service or willingness to engage in Drug and Alcohol use management plan.
Medication, psychiatric care and Therapeutic plan stabilisation -post hospitalisation
Willingness to engage in shared care planning across psychosocial support services.
Willingness to engage in therapeutic skills practice in and outside of clinical settings.
